Spotted! Shavonne Wong

Soon-to-be 21-year-old Shavonne Wong never really got interested in photography until last January, when she decided to start using her camera in manual mode.

“I was only interested in fashion photography, and started to borrow cameras and take photos of my sister, friends, and when the agency allowed, models. Things got off better than expected and I’ve been incredibly blessed in this industry. It was really the case of being at the right place at the right time, and getting to know a lot of lovely people who were willing to put in the effort for me, which I am appreciative for. So far I’ve shot for a few magazines including Alexis, and I had my work featured in the Urban section of the Straits Times. My style? I guess it’s kind of raw, dreamy … a strange mixture of everything.”
