Plainsunset Album Giveaway!

Last night was Plainsunset’s launch of their first widely distributed studio album. Plainsunset is the band’s self-titled fourth release since reforming after their breakup in 2004. About the album, lead singer Jon Chan says, “Our musical approach was to aim for timeless songs. We were more open to pulling in our influences to receive input from he timeless to create the timeless.”

    musicafamilia.jpgIn praise of clutter in the household, Chong Li-Chuan investigates into the conversations to be had with them, the stories they have for us, and perhaps answers to questions such as “Why are they here?” “Who invited them?” “Are they happy with everyone in the family?” Taking his cue from French philosopher Roger-Pol Droit’s How Are Things? – A Philosophical Experiment, Chuan conducts a series of interviews with 25 things found in his family’s living room.
